At Drevier, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-fit brake caliper covers. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Non-personalized Items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Note: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or fitment issues attributable to our specifications.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom Orders: Products customized with specific colors, logos, or text.

Used or Installed Items: Products that have been installed or show signs of use.

Items Without Protective Packaging: Products not returned in protective packaging.
- Discounted items. All sales are final.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Reach out via our contact form, chat or email us at support@drevier.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization: Wait for our confirmation and return authorization.

Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in the return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Deductions: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds, except in the case of error by Drevier.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@drevier.com.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact Us Immediately: Within 7 days of delivery.

Provide Evidence: Include photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

Resolution: We will assess and offer a replacement as appropriate.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

Check Your Bank Account: Processing times may vary.

Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
